Resetting your Call Cowboy password for yourself or your users is easy! If you are an Account Owner or Admin follow the simple steps below and you'll have a new password in no time.
**Please note that if you are a Manager, Agent, or Analyst you will need to contact your company's Admin if you need your password reset.
How To Reset An Account Owner Or Admin Password
Click 'My Account' and choose 'My Profile'.
Next, enter your new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long, contain one capital letter, and must contain at least one character.
Click the blue 'Save' button.
How To Reset A User Password
From the 'My Account' menu, click 'Users'.
Locate the user that needs their password reset and click the three-dot action menu for the user.
Click 'Edit User'.
Next, enter the user's new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long, contain one capital letter, and must contain at least one character.
What To Do If You Have Forgotten Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, please visit https://app.callcowboy.com and click the password 'Reset' option.
Next, enter the email address associated with your Call Cowboy account and click 'Send'.
Please note the password reset email can take up to five hours to be received. Please ensure you check your spam folder as well as messages may be filtered there on occasion.
If you are an account OWNER or an ADMIN and it has been 5 hours and you haven't received the password reset link via email, please email support@callcowboy.com from the email address associated with your Call Cowboy account and let us know what you would like the password changed to.
If you are a MANAGER, AGENT, or ANALYST, please contact your company's Admin to have them reset your password.
