How to email your contacts

Here at Call Cowboy, we strive to be your all-in-one solution when it comes to contact management and providing your customers with the support they need. Our goal is to make it as easy and efficient as possible to manage relationships with your contacts. We offer an emailing feature that enables you to quickly compose and send emails to contacts straight from your CRM. No need to open up a separate window or app – Call Cowboy does it all with a couple of clicks. Let's check out how below!


  • Locate the contact you wish to send an email to quickly using the search bar.

  • Click the three-dot action menu for the contact and select 'Send Email'.

  • Next, you can compose your message. If you would like to select one of your email templates simply click the envelope button and your template will be inserted. You can adjust formatting or add any attachments as well.

  • Click the blue 'Send Email' button when the message is ready to be sent.

  • Any replies from your contacts will appear in your Call Cowboy Inbox as well as the contact's timeline. You'll be able to reply to emails from within your dynamic inbox or from within the contact's timeline.
