Editing Your Profile Information

How to edit your profile information

If your personal information such as name or contact information has changed, you will be able to update the information, however, the steps you take are dependent on whether you are an account owner, admin, manager, agent, or analyst. Find out the steps you need to take below.


Account Managers, Agents, or Analysts


If you are an Account Manager, Agent, or Analyst, you will need to reach out to your account Admin and request that they update your information for you. Provide them with the changes that need to be made and they'll take it from there!


Account Owners and Admins: Editing Your Own Information


  • Click 'My Account' and choose 'My Profile'.

  • Make any necessary changes and click the blue 'Save' button.


Account Owners and Admins: Editing Profile Information For a Manager, Agent, or Analyst


  • Click 'My Account' and select 'Users'.

  • Click the three-dot action menu for the user you wish to update and click 'Edit User'.

  • From here you can update the user's contact information, and password, or change their role and license type. Please note that if you make changes to the user's license type, you will need to complete the checkout process for the changes to take effect. Make the appropriate changes and click the blue 'Save' button.
