How much does Call Cowboy Cost?

We offer multiple dialing options from standard business phones to automatic, or predictive/progressive dialers. Pricing is dependent on the type of service you subscribe to and whether you select a monthly or annual plan. Is Call Cowboy really free forever?

Yes, we do offer a Free Forever CRM.

Do all subscriptions come with Unlimited Minutes?

Yes, all Call Cowboy paid user subscriptions come with 24 hours of talk time per user per day.

Is there a Contract?

We understand that business needs can change, so Call Cowboy does NOT require a contract for its services. However, you can choose to sign up for a 1 year contract with our Annual Subscription option and save 30% on your monthly subscription price.

Are your subscriptions automatically renewed?

Yes, all Call Cowboy services are billed on a month-to-month automatic renewal.

When will I be billed for my subscription renewal?

Your subscription will bill to your saved method of payment on the date you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 8th of the month, your subscription will bill again the next month on the 8th.

How do I Cancel My subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within your account by clicking My Account and then clicking My Subscriptions. You may also cancel by reaching out to our support team.


CRM/Contacts


Does Call Cowboy come with a CRM?

Call Cowboy does come with a Free Forever CRM allowing you to track all aspects of your leads throughout the sales process.

Can I bulk-upload my contacts?

Yes, you can bulk import your contacts. First, ensure your contact list in a .CSV format. We can accept files with up to one million rows. Next, follow these instructions, and with a few clicks, you’ll be done!

Are Calls Recorded?

We offer call recording as part of your usage plan. Follow these instructions to fund your account to enable this feature.

Do you have Text Message Capability?

Yes. Send one-to-one SMS messages to contacts directly within Call Cowboy.

Can I deliver Voicemails to my contacts?

Yes. With our Auto Dialer, you can automatically drop a voicemail message if the contact doesn’t answer. You can also send voicemails in bulk using our ringless voicemail campaign service.

Can I use my desk phone or my mobile phone with a Dialer?

Yes. Inside your Call Cowboy account, you'll have a Unique Dialer Access Number. This number allows you to call into your portal from any phone in the world. After you have called your dialer access number, you are able to access your campaign lists. The system will then start auto or predictive dialing depending on your subscription. After each call, you'll be prompted to disposition the outcome of your call. Once you disposition your last call, the system will dial again connecting you to the next lead.

Do offer a Shared Inbox?

Yes, you'll be able to increase your team's efficiency and customer satisfaction with Call Cowboy's dynamic shared inbox. With the shared inbox you can increase collaboration among agents, prioritize conversations, and ensure timely customer follow-ups. Take advantage of our advanced and easy-to-use tools to help you quickly identify pressing conversations, assign tasks to specific users or teams, and set up convenient conversational reminders.

Do you offer Inbound Call Queues?

Yes, absolutely! Our convenient Call Routing features allow you to quickly customize how you would like your inbound calls to be assigned to your agents. This way you can ensure that your callers get the help they need as quickly as possible!

Can I automate my Workflows?

Can I add or remove users?

Yes. You can add and remove users anytime giving you flexibility as your business grows.

Can I track Campaign performance?

Yes. We provide detailed analytics on the outcome of each individual campaign so you can evaluate your sales pitch, employee performance, time of day best suited to call, and more.

What is Inbound Call Tracking?

Inbound call tracking allows you to track details on each inbound call like time of day so you can see peak activity periods, geographical influences, advertising performance, and more. By tracking these details, you can better evaluate staffing needs and marketing efforts.

What is Outbound Call Tracking?

Outbound tracking allows you to review analytics on all outbound calls which enables you to evaluate the time of day best suited to call, sales pitch performance, employee efficiency, and more. With our detailed graphs and charts, you'll be able to effortlessly monitor call results, gauge contact sentiment, and measure user performance at a glance.

Can I track my employees' productivity?

Yes. You can track and review data on call logs, talk time, disposition outcomes, and more within your Call Cowboy Dashboard.

Can I see Call Logs?

Yes. We show details on the duration of the call, time of day, who called, and more.

Yes, we provide a Help Center with step-by-step how-to guides should you need assistance outside of normal support hours.
